All information on this site is provided for general guidance; any contract for a mobile plan is formed directly between you and the network or provider you choose, on that provider's own terms.

3. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the general information on this site accurate and up to date, but pricing, data allowances and availability for specific SIM-only deals change frequently and are confirmed only during a call with our team. We do not guarantee that any indicative price shown on this site will be available at the time you call.

4. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to researching mobile SIM deals. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for republication, or use the site in any way that could damage or overburden it.

5. Calls to our advice line

Calls to 0330 059 9027 are charged at your provider's standard rate for 03 numbers — the same as a call to a normal UK landline number. Calls may be recorded for training, quality and dispute-resolution purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No obligation

Speaking to our team does not obligate you to take out any plan. Any decision to switch or sign up to a mobile plan is entirely yours, and you should review the chosen provider's own terms and pricing before committing.
